How to lose 20 pounds with no exercise?
im 13 years old, 5'7 and weigh 155 lbs. i wanna lose 20 lbs but i cant exercise because ill be needing crutches and will be in a cast for 8 weeks because of surgery for my foot. but i dnt wanna have to wait to lose weight because id like to be a certain weight by summer. please help!

first, drink lots of water. it will flush out your system. do cardio exercise 4x per week and lift weights 3x per week. also, eat a lot of fruits and veggies.
