Quick weightloss – whats the best way?! What REALLY works?

So in 5 days I have this event to attend at a beach, and everyone will be in swimsuits.

I need to do something INTENSE this week because I need results FAST.

Its a last-minute event, and I wish I would've prepared for it more.

I will also be in a wet suit for a little.

HELP! ANY SUGGESTIONS?!
